Feel Happy Counseling and Coaching is a boutique private practice serving individuals, couples and teens in Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Bay Hill and throughout Central Florida. Founded by Judy Irizarry, our practice offers a level of care, privacy and personal attention that larger group practices simply cannot match.
We specialize in anxiety, depression, couples counseling, trauma and teen therapy. All sessions are private pay — meaning no insurance involvement, no diagnosis required for coverage and complete confidentiality. Most of our clients come by referral or find us while searching for the best therapist in Windermere.
Private pay only. No insurance billing. Your records stay between you and your therapist.

Judy Irizarry is a Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Feel Happy Counseling and Coaching. She holds a Master of Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is certified in Somatic Experience, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Judy is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She brings warmth, clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. Her clients describe her as someone who truly listens — and helps them make real, lasting change.

We are a private pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide a detailed superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards. Individual and couples sessions are $195 for 50 minutes. Premarital counseling packages are available at $1,295 for 8 sessions. We believe in transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees.
