What to Expect

After submitting your request, you’ll receive a confirmation and intake paperwork through the client portal. Your first session will be an intake assessment where your therapist gets to know you, your history, and your goals. There are no right or wrong answers — just an open conversation to help us understand how we can best support you.

We offer both in-person sessions at our Windermere, FL office and virtual telehealth sessions for clients throughout Florida.
