Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full session fee.

No Shows: Missed appointments without any notice will be charged 50% of the full session fee.

Monday Appointments: Must be cancelled or rescheduled by 4:00 PM the preceding Friday.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.

Repeated Cancellations: If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or miss appointments more than 3 times within a 12-month period, future sessions will require full prepayment at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
