Therapist Serving Winter Garden, FL

Our office is in Windermere, roughly fifteen minutes from Winter Garden. If you would rather not look for a therapist inside your own town, coming this direction gives you a little distance without a long journey.

Who we see from Winter Garden

Adults, couples, and young people from age ten upwards. Parents often come to us about a teenager who has stopped talking; couples come when a difficult stretch has gone on too long; adults come carrying something older that has started to surface. Where it helps, we see the parents separately as well.

What we work on

Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD including EMDR, divorce recovery, and premarital counselling.

We are private pay and do not bill insurance, so what happens in the room stays between us rather than going to an insurer. Sessions are $195 and the fees page sets out the rest. Parking is free when you arrive.

In person or online

Some people prefer to make the drive and keep therapy separate from the house. Others would rather not add a journey to a difficult week, and see us by telehealth from home. Both work, and you do not have to decide once and for all — plenty of people move between the two depending on what a given week looks like.
